Reginald Richter represents non-profit and for profit real estate owners and developers in acquiring, building, financing and developing affordable and market rate housing. Reggie also represents non-profit and for profit real estate owners and small businesses involved in litigating disputes in state and federal court. Reggie began his legal career as a corporate attorney at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP and briefly left the practice of law to work as an investment banker with Deutsche Bank and as a Senior Vice President with the National Community Reinvestment Coalition.
Reggie is a member of the American Bar Association and serves on its Affordable Housing Committee. He is also a member of the New York State Bar Association, the New York Real Estate Chamber and the New York State Association for Affordable Housing.
Reggie earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania and his B.A. from Howard University.
Reggie is admitted to practice in New York State, the Washington, D.C. Bar, the United States District Court for the District of Columbia and the United States District Court for the District of Maryland.
