Eynar brings a wealth of experience advising clients in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financings involving multi-family, retail, and mixed-use properties. His clients have included lenders, developers, investors, and landlords involved in complex real estate and finance matters across the country.
Over the course of his career, Eynar has closed more than 400 transactions totaling over $5 billion in value. He is well-versed in drafting and negotiating loan agreements, purchase and sale contracts, commercial leases, and other deal documents, and regularly conducts real estate due diligence on behalf of his clients.
