Khushi Maheshwari is a Law Clerk (not admitted to practice) at Bryant Rabbino LLP. Prior to joining the firm, Khushi was a Corporate & Finance Associate at Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, one of India’s leading full-service law firms, where she focused on mergers & acquisitions transactions in the infrastructure, real estate, and information technology sectors, representing clients that included the investment arms of government-backed pension funds and global private equity firms. At Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, she also handled lender-side credit-finance transactions in the infrastructure and real estate sectors, representing Government of India-backed development banks and “Bad Banks” in matters involving distressed debt.
Khushi earned her LL.M. from New York University (NYU) School of Law in 2025. She received her B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) from the National Law School of India University, India’s leading law school, in 2022.
While at NYU, Khushi served as a Graduate Editor for the NYU Journal of Law and Business. She has published numerous articles and blog publications in the areas of corporate and commercial law, including private equity, corporate social responsibility, restructuring, and informational privacy. She also has a strong interest in legal research and previously served as a Graduate Research Fellow at the NYU Pollack Center for Law and Business and as a Junior Research Scholar at the Institute for Corporate Governance and Finance at NYU School of Law.
Khushi is admitted to practice in India and is currently pending admission to the New York State Bar.
