Adrian Armoo is an associate at Bryant Rabbino LLP. Adrian supports all of the firm’s transactional practice groups.
Adrian has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating documents for a wide array of financial structures. He is part of the legal team providing bond counsel services to Empire State Development, the Metropolitan Transportation Authority and the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, the State of New York, The City of New York and the New York City Transitional Finance Authority, the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, Build NYC Resource Corporation, the New York State Thruway Authority, and the State of Connecticut.
Adrian has drafted loan agreements, leases, PILOT documentation, escrow agreements, and sales tax documentation relating to the Firm’s representation of the New York City Industrial Development Agency in straight-lease transactions in connection with the acquisition, renovation, and equipping of facilities for manufacturing and commercial use.
Adrian is a member of the New York City Bar Association. He is a member of the New York City Bar Association’s African Affairs Committee and its International and Comparative Law Committee. He is also a member volunteer of the Coalition of Concerned Legal Professionals, a not-for-profit organization that offers legal aid. Furthermore, Adrian serves as a Board Member for the Soccer Community of Inwood, Inc., a not-for-profit corporation.
Prior to joining Bryant Rabbino LLP, Adrian interned with DLA Piper and worked as a law clerk for Maizes and Maizes, LLP and Manhattan Legal Services. In addition, he also worked as a legal adviser at the Huddersfield University Legal Clinic in the United Kingdom, and a fundraising team leader with the British Heart Foundation and Cancer Research UK in Leeds, United Kingdom.
Adrian earned his Masters of Law Degree (LL.M) at Wake Forest University School of Law and gained his LLB (Hons.) Bachelor of Laws from The University of Huddersfield Law School in the United Kingdom. He further served as an executive member of the student government at each of the law schools he attended.
