ABOUT Goldie Bryant

Goldie Bryant is a senior associate at Bryant Rabbino LLP. Goldie practices with the Capital Markets & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions and Real Estate practice groups of the firm.

Goldie has served in the Firm’s representations as Bond Counsel, Disclosure Counsel and Underwriters’ Counsel to issuers, lenders, investors, placement agents and underwriters in a wide variety of public and private securities offerings.  She also serves as an assisting attorney on Firm real estate engagements and in the Firm’s representation as counsel to The Trust for Cultural Resources of The City of New York.

Goldie’s experience includes assisting clients with a variety of matters, including financings for issuers such as the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York, the City of New York, and Empire State Development, mergers & acquisition transactions, real estate purchases and sales and straight lease transactions.

Goldie has extensive experience drafting and negotiating finance-related transaction documents such as debt instruments, purchase contracts, escrow agreements, and security agreements and real estate transaction documents such as purchase and sales agreements, restrictive declarations and leases.

Goldie earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, in 2019. During law school, Goldie was a member of the Seton Hall Law Review. Goldie completed an externship with the Internal Revenue Service Office of Chief Counsel. She earned a B.A. from New York University College of Arts and Science, cum laude, in Psychology in 1995.

Goldie is admitted to practice in New York State.
