Congratulations to our client, JFK Millennium Partners, for winning The Bond Buyer 2025 Green Financing Deal of the Year Award for the 2024 JFK Airport Terminal 6 bond financing.
Bryant Rabbino LLP served as co-borrower’s/developer’s counsel on the transaction. The financing advanced a high efficiency terminal program featuring rooftop solar, fully electric ground support, and stormwater capture and reuse. The Terminal 6 bonds were upsized to approximately $1.9 billion amid strong demand, with $10.8 billion in orders from more than 120 buyers.
