Bryant Rabbino LLP Managing Partner Seth Bryant to Speak at 2025 NAMWOLF Annual Meeting

Bryant Rabbino LLP Managing Partner, Seth Bryant, will be a featured speaker for the session “Unpacking the Impact of the Executive Orders Part II with In-House Counsel” at the 2025 National Association of Minority and Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) Annual Meeting at the JW Marriott in Los Angeles, CA.

Seth will be joined by fellow panelists Barbara L. Johnson of Potter & Murdock, Katherine McCray of Wilson Turner Kosmo LLP and Nivritha Ketty of Nukk-Freeman & Cerra, P.C. on Tuesday, September 16, 2025 at 8:15 am. The session is specifically designed for in-house counsel and will provide updates on recent Executive Orders, including responses, litigation developments, and practical FAQs.

Seth advises clients on complex corporate, securities law, finance, and governance matters. With over 25 years of experience, Seth guides businesses and institutions through strategic transactions such as mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and securities deals. Seth is also a member of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Minority and Women-Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF). Seth has extensive experience on matters related to Diversity and Inclusion and with respect to Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (“MWBE”), including helping clients complete mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other strategic combinations involving MWBE entities.
