Bryant Rabbino serves as Co-Borrower’s Counsel in green bond offerings totaling $4.55 billion to finance new JFK Terminal One

JFK is in the midst of a multibillion-dollar transformation, with New Terminal One set to open its first phase in 2026. When complete, the New Terminal One will be the largest standalone airport terminal in the United States.

Bryant Rabbino LLP served as Co-Borrower’s Counsel to the developer/operator of a new state-of-the-art international terminal (Terminal One) facility at John F. Kennedy International Airport, in a $2.55 billion green bond offering in 2024. The firm also served as Co-Borrower’s Counsel in a $2 billion green bond issuance (Series 2023) to finance the new terminal facility.

Led by partners Seth Bryant and Sani Williams, the deals helped finance the redevelopment of what will become the largest terminal at JFK and a model example of environmentally sustainable development with the largest solar array in New York City. The first phase of the new Terminal One is slated to open in mid-2026, in time for the 2026 World Cup, the final game of which is scheduled to be held nearby in the New York New Jersey stadium.

We’re proud to have been involved in the Terminal One financings—and we’re even more excited for what’s ahead as we work on the Terminal Six deal. Stay tuned!
