Eynar Khaimov is a highly qualified commercial real estate attorney with a track record of closing over 400 commercial real estate transactions with an aggregate value of more than $5,000,000,000, managing multiple time-sensitive deals simultaneously.
Eynar has extensive experience representing a variety of lenders, including financial institutions, real estate investment trusts, institutional banks, commercial banks, insurance companies, and nonbank lenders in connection with the acquisition, bridge and permanent financings of multi-family, retail, and mixed-use properties. Eynar drafts and negotiates a range of finance related transaction documents, including, without limitation, loan agreements, promissory notes, mortgages, guarantees, assignments of leases and rents, subordination agreements, security agreements and escrow agreements. Accordingly, he performs real estate due diligence.
Eynar also represents developers, investors and landlords in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing and financing of multi-family, retail shopping centers and mixed-use properties. He drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases and other ancillary deal documents.
Prior to joining Bryant Rabbino, Eynar gained experience in commercial real estate as an Associate at Sills Cummis & Gross P.C. and Windels Marx in New York City. An active member of the New York State Bar Association (NYSBA) and the New York City Bar Association (NYCBA), he has served on the Executive Committee of the NYSBA’s Young Lawyers Section and as a member of the Social Events and Networking Committee of the NYCBA.

Eynar earned a J.D. in 2015 from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He earned a B.A. degree in 2011 from Brooklyn College where he double majored in Philosophy and Political Science.
Eynar is admitted to practice in New York State, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
