Maribeth Lemen is an associate at Bryant Rabbino LLP. Maribeth practices with the Capital Markets and Finance and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups of the firm.
Maribeth advises clients ranging from private equity sponsors, to emerging companies, to local and national banks on mergers and acquisitions, secured and unsecured financing and general corporate matters.
Maribeth’s experience includes assisting clients with revolving and term loan instruments, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, and entity formation. Maribeth has extensive experience drafting and negotiating a range of finance related transaction documents, including, without limitation, debt instruments and all accompanying documentation including disclosure documents, purchase contracts, escrow agreements, and credit and related security agreements.
Prior to joining Bryant Rabbino LLP, Maribeth was an associate in the Commercial Finance group at Ballard Spahr LLP. Prior to that, she was an associate in the corporate group of Morrison Cohen. Maribeth’s experience also includes covenant analysis at Reorg Research where she produced research regarding trends in high-yield debt instruments such as credit agreements and bond indentures.

Maribeth earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, cum laude, in 2016. During law school, Maribeth was a member of the Brooklyn Law Review. She earned a B.A. from Marshall University, magna cum laude, in Public Relations in 2013.

Maribeth is admitted to practice in New York State and Pennsylvania.
