BRYANT RABBINO ASSISTS NYC’S TRANSITIONAL FINANCE AUTHORITY ON $1,676,530,000 NEW YORK CITY TRANSITIONAL FINANCE AUTHORITY FUTURE TAX SECURED SUBORDINATE BONDS TRANSACTION

Bryant Rabbino LLP served as Co-Bond Counsel to the New York City Transitional Finance Authority (TFA) in connection with the issuance of $1,525,000 of its New York City Transitional Finance Authority Future Tax Secured Subordinate Bonds, Fiscal 2019 Series B, and the conversion and re-offering of $151,530,000 of TFA’s outstanding New York City Transitional Finance Authority Future Tax Secured Subordinate Bonds, Fiscal 1999 Series A, Subseries A-2, and Fiscal 2007 Series A, Subseries A-3.  The reoffered Fiscal 1999 Series A bonds were converted from variable rate to fixed rate debt obligations.
