BERNARD ARMOO ELEVATED TO PARTNER OF THE FIRM
Bryant Rabbino LLP is thrilled to announce that Bernard Armoo has been promoted to Partner effective January 1, 2023. Bernard regularly assists key clients of the firm on a range of capital markets and finance matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate and commercial matters, including the Metropolitan Transportation Authority; the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York; IMB Partners; The City of New York; PGIM, Inc., the principal asset management business of Prudential Financial; JPMorgan Chase; and JFK NTO, LLC, the operating company responsible for the development of The New Terminal One at JFK International Airport.
