Bryant Rabbino LLP served as Bond Counsel to the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) in connection with the issuance of $34,970,000 of Brooklyn Law School Revenue Bonds, Series 2019A, (Tax-Exempt), and Series 2019B, (Taxable). The Bonds were issued to refinance certain bonds issued in 2009 and 2012 by DASNY on behalf of Brooklyn Law School.
Charles Keefe, Seth Bryant, Aram Muradyan, Bernard Armoo and Goldie Bryant assisted on the transactions. The transactions closed on May 23, 2019.
