Bryant Rabbino played a primary role acting as Co- Counsel to Piper Sandler & Co., as lead underwriter, in connection with the issuance by the University of Connecticut (“UConn”), one of the leading regional state/public universities, of its Special Student Fee Revenue Bonds, 2022 Refunding Series A. Such Bonds were issued to refund bonds previously issued by UConn to finance the costs associated with its “UConn 2000” strategic plan, which provided the University with debt service savings.
