As part of our ongoing valued engagement as Co-Bond Counsel to The City of New York (the “City”), the largest city in the United States and one of the nation’s most active and comprehensive issuers of tax-exempt bonds, Bryant Rabbino played a primary role in connection with the issuance by the City of $1,380,000,000 of its General Obligation Bonds, Fiscal 2022 Series D, which consisted of five separate subseries, including adjustable rate debt.
The Series 2022D Bonds were issued to finance a portion of the City’s multi-billion dollar capital improvement plan.
