As part of our ongoing valued engagement with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (the “MTA”), the nation’s largest public transit authority, Bryant Rabbino served as Co-Bond Counsel in connection with the extension of a letter of credit issued by Bank of America, N.A. in connection with the MTA’s outstanding $59,565,000 Metropolitan Transportation Authority Transportation Revenue Variable Rate Bonds, Subseries 2005E-2.
This letter of credit extension will help to ensure a continuation of favorable borrowing costs and conditions for the MTA with regards to the above-referenced bonds.
