As part of our ongoing valued engagement with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (the “MTA”), the nation’s largest public transit authority, Bryant Rabbino served as Co-Bond Counsel in connection with the extension of two letters of credit issued by TD Bank, N.A. in connection with the MTA’s outstanding $154,125,000 Metropolitan Transportation Authority Transportation Revenue Variable Rate Refunding Bonds, Subseries 2002G-1g and Subseries 2012G-2.
These letter of credit extensions will help to ensure a continuation of favorable borrowing costs and conditions for the MTA with regards to the above-referenced bonds.
