BRYANT RABBINO ASSISTS THE MTA ON EXTENSIONS OF LETTERS OF CREDIT FOR $154,125,000 METROPOLITAN TRANSPORTATION AUTHORITY TRANSPORTATION REVENUE VARIABLE RATE REFUNDING BONDS

As part of our ongoing valued engagement with the Metropolitan Transportation Authority (the “MTA”), the nation’s largest public transit authority, Bryant Rabbino served as Co-Bond Counsel in connection with the extension of two letters of credit issued by TD Bank, N.A. in connection with the MTA’s outstanding $154,125,000 Metropolitan Transportation Authority Transportation Revenue Variable Rate Refunding Bonds, Subseries 2002G-1g and Subseries 2012G-2.

These letter of credit extensions will help to ensure a continuation of favorable borrowing costs and conditions for the MTA with regards to the above-referenced bonds.
